About Us

Confined Customs was born from a deeply personal journey shaped by loss, resilience, and a passion for helping those who cannot help themselves. Growing up in an unconventional way, I experienced firsthand the pain of losing loved ones to both prison and death. Throughout those difficult times, I made a promise to myself: I would never let anyone be forgotten.

For years, I wrote letters, sent money, and even filed motions on behalf of incarcerated individuals who had been left behind. I knew how powerful it could be to receive a message of hope, a reminder that someone still cared. That’s why I created Confined Customs—to extend that same compassion to others.

Our greeting cards are more than just words on paper; they are a bridge between those inside and the loved ones who stand by them. My vision has always been to make a difference, to ensure that no one feels alone or forgotten, and to provide a means of connection for families, friends, and anyone touched by incarceration. Through these cards, we offer a reminder of love, hope, and the power of human connection—even in the darkest times.
